Hi all!
Here are the confirmed details for the upcoming BBQ event this Saturday!

BBQ VENUE
Venue: Shek O Beach, Shek O, Hong Kong Island
Date: 15th February, 2025
Time: 12PM - 6PM

We will have a coach bus pick us up and drive us to the BBQ venue!

COACH PICK UP
Coach Pick Up Point: Mei Foo MTR Station Exit C1
Gathering Time: 12PM (Please note that you are advised to arrive 5 minutes BEFORE that. Also, the coach will not wait for you so in case you are running late, please inform me (Divi) or Nebra and arrange your own transportation)
Dismissal Time: 6:30PM (Coach will come to pick us up around then, if you would like to leave earlier or stay longer, you are also free to do so, but please ensure to arrange your own transportation)

 Food and Drinks will be provided, but please feel free to bring any snacks and water if you’d like! Halal meat and vegetarian options will also be provided. Please bring your own lunchbox and utensils.

You may feel free to play around on the sand at the beach, but please ensure that you bring extra clothes and enough water!

Some of our mentors have kindly volunteered to get to the venue earlier and reserve us some bbq pits, as well as to help us get started with setting up! (everyone say thank you mentors) They have also kindly planned some fun activities and friendly competitions throughout the day, so please look forward to that!~
